2010 Scout Show Time Line

Friday, April 30, 2010

3:00pm-10:00pm-   Sleepover check in times

5:00pm-9:00pm- Booth set up time

6:00-8:00pm- Designated pre order food times from Woody’s BBQ

7:45- Gather for movie inside stadium (Please enter stadium at gate 17)

Sit in the following sections for the movie 101,102,136,137,138, 201, 202, 235,236

8:00pm- Movie begins on scoreboard in stadium

10:30pm- Brighthouse Networks Stadium Closes

10:30pm- Quiet Time

11:00pm- Lights out and everyone must stay in designated sleepover areas

7:00am- Booth set up can begin (Only those vehicles with the Booth drop off placard will be allowed in drop off area)

8:30am- All camping areas must be torn down

8:00-3:00pm Council Pinewood Derby (Must Pre Register)
 One Hour Check in prior to Official Race Times

9:00am- Webelos start time

10:30am-Bears start time

12Noon- Wolves start time

1:30pm-Tigers start time

9:00am- All booths must be set up

9:00- All units can start to enter stadium seating at Sections 101, 102, 136, 137, 138, 201 202, 235, 236 for opening ceremonies at 9:00am

9:00am- Scouts participating in the parade of flags is to report to designated area gate 17

9:00am- Opening Ceremonies will start with a pre show. Everyone leaves football field area at the conclusion of the opening ceremonies

10:00am-3:00pm- Scouting Booths and demonstrations (Inside and Outside of Stadium)

11:00- VIP/Chartered Organization Reception (Meet at gate #1 /Invitation only)

11:00am-1:00pm- Lunch is available by Pre-Order through Council,Stadium Concession Stands or local diners.  Breakfast is not available so please plan accordingly.

3:00- Scout Show concludes

4:00-   UCF Scout Day Baseball Game begins
